Ladies and gentlemen, do you have any change?
The update of the staff blog has been delayed.

England has a short summer during this time (rainy this year)
There have been beautiful autumn days since the children's school reopened.

And from yesterday, "Autumn in the Dark" began.
A fine fog of rain, a heavy gray sky.
You can also hear the voice saying, "The firewood for the fireplace will arrive today."

For handmade lovers, the season when you can enjoy indoors is also fun.
Reading Kruhl's blog makes me miss the beautiful autumn in Japan.

Under such circumstances,
I had a happy delivery.
Pumpkin. Something warm like a Japanese pumpkin.
Its name is also "Kabocha Squash".
Since it is rare to get it, I added it so that it can be delivered every week as long as it is harvested.

The pumpkin dish I learned recently,
"Afghan Spiced Squash".

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Onions sautéed for 15 minutes, garlic, ginger, chili, coriander seeds,
Add cumin seeds and a little turmeric.
Add the tomatoes and sugar to the onions and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Finally, add the pumpkin and simmer for another 10 minutes.
The finish is yogurt sauce (yogurt + a little bit of grated garlic)
A sprinkle of dried mint would be nice too.

It is a dish that reminds people of Afghanistan. (K)
