Rebellion Tomato for home delivery vegetables of the week
Rebellion? Rebellion? It contained a tomato.
When I looked it up, it was introduced as an oven dish,
I made it according to the recommended recipe.

1) Cut off the top of a tomato that is larger than your palm and hollow out the inside.
Finely chop the insides.

2) Soak 100g of couscous + 2 tablespoons of basil paste in 180ml of hot water for 10 minutes.

(*The recipe used sundried tomato basil paste.)

3) Mix a little couscous + tomato seeds and fruits, and fill the tomatoes.
Mix in chopped olives if desired.

4) Top with mozzarella and sprinkle with olive oil.
Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes.

Garnish with mint + lemon zest + grated garlic,
Enjoy with plenty of salad♪

My daughter is not good at mozzarella "yet" so cheddar cheese.

"Not yet" is "YET" in English.
If you say "I can't do ◯◯" or "I'm not good at ◯◯" at school,
It seems that the teacher is instructing to add "YET" without delay.

It's not yet, but it won't be like that forever, so it's a message to move forward little by little.
I really like this expression,
I prepared a small mozzarella in the corner of today's cheddar.
Today may be the day YET flips over and falls in love. (K)
