Nice to meet you this week, I met a fruit.
It's called Finger Lime, and it's a citrus fruit, and it smells and tastes like lime.
It is packed with light pink transparent bubble wrap.
I was captivated by the interesting texture and flavor that was slightly sharper than lime.

Roast the red and yellow peppers in a sauce made from unsweetened peanut butter, coconut milk, and tamari soy sauce, and cook until thickened.
Sprinkle with coriander and toasted peanuts and serve with turmeric-infused jasmine rice.

And just before eating, I scooped out the finger lime with a spoon, and it was bursting with delicious aroma.
It seems that it is expressed as lime caviar.
