A lot of asparagus were lined up at the entrance of the farm shop that I visited for the first time in a while.
Things that can only be obtained in this season at the farm shop.
I felt the change of seasons in asparagus and alley strawberries.

I like to boil it quickly and eat it as it is,
The pasta you recently taught me was also delicious.

After removing the hard part of the stem,
Sprinkle a little lemon thyme and olive oil and bake in the oven for about 7 minutes. To the extent that there is a part that is a little browned.
Cut into bite-sized pieces and season with lemon zest (skin) and salt (to taste).
while the pasta is boiling
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and
Add lemon zest and toasted asparagus.
Add the boiled pasta, emulsify it with the boiling water, and season with the lemon juice and parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese when serving.

Of course, adding whipped cream would be nice too.
I also like the asparagus tempura.
The way to eat is getting richer and richer, and next time I'm going back to boiled asparagus again.
It's a short season, so i want to enjoy it.
